A natural environment and an ecological agriculture
with all the Serra de Tramuntana essence.
In the fifties our family produced Mantonegro wine in Santa Maria del Camí. Nowadays we’re still taking care of those old vineyards and we’ve added varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Viognier...
Es Verger is in the Serra de Tramuntana, at 450 m above sea level, in the town of Esporles. We enjoy a special microclimate which has a positive influence on our wines.
We’ve improved things but we are still a small family business that puts quality before quantity.
We were one of the first 100% ecological vineyards and we believe that our handmade philosophy is essential to get the best results.
We are really proud of the acceptance that our wines have and we have awards from various competitions.
We make six different wines: Ses Marjades (Mantonegro), Els Rojals (Cabernet i Merlot), Pinot Noir (Reds) and Fita del Ram (Sweet white with Viognier variety). Our red wines are aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
In our finca we also produce extra virgen oil of exceptionally high quality, which is registered as an official product of Mallorca:“Oli de Mallorca”. Our oil won the Feinschmecker award in 2010, that places it in the best 250 oils in the world.
